Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer, Stream Control Plane (Backend).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop software for the reliable and scalable operation of the Stream Control Plane
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate feature requirements into technical designs and implementable code
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to maintaining and supporting SaaS products

Required Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science/Engineering with 7+ years of experience or MS with 4+ years
• Expert knowledge in building enterprise-grade products for highly available distributed systems
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Strong sense of ownership focused on high-quality deliverables
• Ability to write clean, concise, and testable code; JavaScript/TypeScript and NodeJS preferred
