Staff Product Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Orchestrate end-to-end product launches and coordinate external-facing PM engagements
• Drive cross-functional alignment on product innovation and implement frameworks for product quality
• Act as an advisor to the Chief Product Officer and manage core product tools and operating cadences

Required Qualifications

• Experience in operational excellence within a technical organization
• Ability to thrive in cross-functional environments and manage competing priorities
• Proven track record of influencing through credibility and data
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS or data/analytics platforms is a plus
• Experience with tools like Productboard, Jira, and Amplitude is advantageous
