Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to and evolve the design system while collaborating with feature team designers
• Partner with developers to translate design components into code and ensure accessibility standards
• Mentor junior team members and lead exploration for product experience improvements

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in user experience product design across digital platforms or enterprise software
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including plugin development and automation
• Strong technical understanding of Storybook and frontend development principles
• Exceptional visual design and UX judgment with a strong portfolio
• Commitment to creating inclusive and respectful environments
