Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Data Scientist.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a thought partner for the Ads Platform, identifying and pursuing impactful research on KPIs
• Analyze large datasets using distributed computing frameworks and build advanced algorithms and machine learning models
• Establish data science best practices, including peer and code reviews, documentation, and ensuring reproducibility

Required Qualifications

• Master's or PhD degree in a machine learning/AI related field such as engineering, statistics, computer science, or physics
• 5+ years of industry experience in data science, data analytics, and machine learning in the advertising domain
• Extensive experience in Real-Time Bidding (RTB) systems and developing bid shading algorithms
• Advanced knowledge in predictive models and experience with Python and Spark for big data processing
• Familiarity with scientific computing libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
