Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process vendor payments and manage accounts payable processes
• Reconcile corporate credit card transactions and maintain fixed asset schedules in accordance with GAAP
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and expense accruals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• 3+ years of experience in General Accounting within small to medium-sized companies
• Strong understanding of US GAAP
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus
