Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist

To Establish Applicant Sources For Hourly Positions By Developing And Maintaining Various Recruitment Networks Via College Relations Programs, Recruitment Advertising, Career Fairs, Professional Orgranizations And Referral Programs. To Maintain Hiring And Selection Records In Compliance With External And Internal Requirements.

Bachelor’S Degree/Equivalent. Professional Accreditation Strongly Preferred; Two (2) Years Human Resources Experience; Knowledge Of State And Federal Laws Regarding Employment And General Human Resources Practices. Knowledge Of Fedex Express Recruitment Systems; Strong Communications And Human Relations Skills.

Minimum Education

Bachelor’s degree/equivalent.

Minimum Experience

Two (2) years recruitment, related human resources, or FedEx operations management experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Knowledge of state and federal laws regarding employment and general human resources practices.

Knowledge of recruitment and applicant tracking systems required.

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills required.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: U.S. Pay: $33.90 – $50.85
