Key Responsibilities

• Conduct timely investigations and evaluations of assigned claims
• Determine settlement values and negotiate claims within authority
• Manage claims involving fire, theft, vandalism, and other complex losses

Required Qualifications and Education

• Must be licensed and bondable
• Knowledgeable in insurance products and claims handling
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Familiarity with public company requirements, including Sarbanes Oxley, if applicable
