Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Funder (Spanish speaking).

Key Responsibilities

• Create accurate Closing Disclosures and prepare closing documents
• Order funds for closing and confirm receipt 24 hours prior to closing
• Enhance relationships with title companies and ensure compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience with various loan products (Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, DPA's)
• Proficiency in Encompass software
• Strong understanding of TRID regulations and loan documentation
• Detail-oriented with effective time management skills
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed
