Space Data Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Space Data Manager responsible for managing the functionality of a client's Space Management tool.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage data integrity of CAD floor plans and occupant data, ensuring compliance with client space data standards
• Serve as the global system administrator for the space data management system, overseeing user controls and system continuity
• Provide training and support for system users while recommending process improvements for operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent in Architectural Technology, Space Planning, or related fields
• Four to eight years of experience in a corporate real estate environment
• Proficiency in architectural and engineering drawings and concepts
• Experience with MS Office Suite software applications
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external partners
