Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telehealth Central Support CMA to provide remote patient care support for clinical services.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the operation of contracted telehealth clinical services between patients and providers
• Collaborate with administrative, technical, and clinical staff to promote coordinated resource use across multiple specialties
• Develop strong relationships between institutions to enhance the efficiency and sustainability of virtual care

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited medical assistant program with six months of CMA/RMA experience
• Certification as a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA), Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), or equivalent
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved organization
• Ability to perform physical tasks as required by the job
