Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Engineering Manager to lead a team that supports the successful adoption and activation of their DSP for clients across industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Solutions Engineers for client onboarding and technical success
• Guide solution design for client use cases and oversee technical configurations within the DSP environment
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless onboarding and translate client requirements into technical solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in AdTech, MarTech, or SaaS, including 1-2 years in a people management role
• Deep understanding of programmatic advertising and DSP mechanics
• Proficiency in pixel/tag implementation, JavaScript, HTML, and tag management systems
• Familiarity with DSPs like The Trade Desk, DV360, or Xandr
• Strong stakeholder management skills
