Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer to support enterprise deals and enhance customer experiences with their platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Own POCs from start to finish, delivering high-quality results that impact enterprise sales cycles
• Streamline POC processes by templatizing, automating, and scaling best practices to improve efficiency
• Collaborate with GTM Engineers to provide technical solutions and empower enterprise customers through integrations and data utilization

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Revops, or a technical customer experience role
• Proven ability to systematize Solutions Engineering work through automation and best practices
• Familiarity with the platform and experience with Waterfalls, APIs, and CRM integrations
• Strong understanding of Revops and its application in enterprise sales workflows
• Experience in customer-facing roles, with the ability to communicate technical details effectively to enterprise clients
