Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Consultant to serve as an industry and technical advisor in the pre-sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Sales Team to articulate the value proposition and strategy to customers
• Technically close complex opportunities through industry knowledge and product demonstrations
• Manage product engagement during the trial phase, addressing customer concerns and feedback

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role at a software company
• 2+ years of experience in the legal industry (e.g., paralegal, office administrator)
• Previous experience using Docketwise preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is preferred but not required
• Strong interest in learning new technologies and troubleshooting in an unknown product ecosystem
