Solution Engineer Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solution Engineer Lead to support advanced power system applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Support OSI-Monarch's Power System Applications, including Automatic Generation Control (AGC)
• Troubleshoot the operational SCADA environment to ensure optimized monitoring and system reliability
• Collaborate with project management and business analysts to deliver high-quality technology solutions

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supporting OSI Monarch SCADA systems
• Understanding of NERC CIP security principles and WAN/VPN concepts
• Basic understanding of C programming language and communication protocols (DNP3, Modbus, ICCP)
• Knowledge of Remote Terminal Units (RTU) and Ladder Logic is desired
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field is required
