• Provide technical leadership and support for a team of software engineers
• Collaborate with stakeholders to actualize strategic data priorities and ensure technical governance
• Conduct code reviews, monitor team performance metrics, and implement process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Administration, or foreign equivalent
• 6 years of relevant experience in software engineering
• 3 years of experience with full-stack application components (Java, Kotlin, Spring Boot, React, TypeScript, GraphQL, PostgreSQL)
• 2 years of experience with cloud computing and microservices architecture
• Experience with RESTful API design and asynchronous data flow patterns
