Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Engineering, Product Management, and Architecture on quarterly planning
• Recruit and retain a high-performing team while coaching team members for development
• Monitor progress, address blockers, and communicate issues to ensure alignment and delivery

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software design and development, focusing on scalable solutions
• 3+ years of experience leading software engineers in delivering new features or enhancements
• Proficient in Microsoft stack: C#, Asp.Net, .Net, SQL, and front-end technologies like JavaScript and Angular
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or CIS, or equivalent work experience
• Advanced knowledge of software development methodologies and lifecycle practices
