Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Encompass Software Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of Encompass Administrators, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
• Lead operational support and maintenance activities for the Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS)
• Participate in strategic initiatives and roadmap planning for system enhancements and upgrades

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience with LOS systems and understanding of the mortgage loan lifecycle
• 3+ years of experience as a LOS System Administrator
• Previous management experience
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, VB.NET, and JavaScript
