Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineering Lead (Rust).

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure quality engineering practices within the product team and mentor team members
• Write high-quality, efficient code and contribute to algorithm design
• Review code, troubleshoot issues, and maintain software documentation

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 2 years in team management
• Strong experience in system programming with Rust and knowledge of C++
• Experience in distributed system and network development
• Understanding of agile programming and test-driven development methodologies
• Familiarity with HTTP APIs, cryptography protocols, and the Cardano ecosystem is a plus
