Software Engineer - Legal

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer - Legal Prompt Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Orchestrate LLM-driven experiences and develop code for interaction with state-of-the-art LLMs
• Write, test, and iterate prose prompts leveraging legal domain knowledge for accurate responses
• Collaborate with legal professionals to gather requirements and integrate language models into systems

Required Qualifications

• Legal domain expertise through experience in legal practice, JD-holder, or paralegal experience
• 3 to 4 years of production-level experience in software engineering on an engineering/product team
• Proficiency in C# .NET / Python or strong experience in other programming languages
• Proficiency with APIs and SQL is a major plus
• Experience using large language models through code is preferred
