• Design, code, develop, test, and implement moderately complex systems
• Research and permanently resolve system problems and incidents
• Mentor Apprentice and Associate Software Engineers through coaching and training opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of programming experience
• Proficient programming experience in one or more current programming languages
• Strong technical knowledge of all phases of application development
• Exercise discretion and independent judgment in job duties
