Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructor in the Social Work program for the 2024/2025 academic year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver online courses within the Social Work major programs
  • Align teaching practices with the OSU Quality Teaching Framework to achieve equitable learning outcomes
  • Participate in training and meetings related to course development and teaching technologies

Required Qualifications
  • Earned Master's degree in Social Work or a closely related field for 400 to 500 level courses
  • Documented experience in teaching, training, or developing curriculum in the relevant content area
  • Record of work with underrepresented or underserved students
  • Doctorate degree in Social Work or a closely related field is preferred for any course level
  • Experience with online and virtual teaching formats is desirable
