• Approve and ensure quality control of agency-submitted copy for tone and accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Vocational qualification or Bachelor's Degree AND/OR 2+ years of experience in relevant fields
• 2+ years of experience working with social media for a large commercial brand
• Experience in Learning and Development or related technical roles
• Familiarity with social media management tools
• Experience in copywriting and digital community management
