Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in content strategy development in the Nordic region
• Track record of viral content with accounts achieving at least 100k views on videos
• Experience with AI-driven tools and a willingness to experiment
• Fluency in Swedish and English (B2-C1 level required)
• Creator experience with a willingness to produce video content
