Required Qualifications

• 3-4 years of social media content experience (brand or agency)
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field
• Experience with short-form content and video editing tools (e.g., Premiere, Cap Cut)
• Strong understanding of TikTok and online culture
• Ideally, have a following of approximately 40K+ on social media
