Job Summary

A company is looking for a Social Engagement Specialist to manage social media community engagement and content publishing.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with the social media community and publish approved content on various platforms
• Protect brand reputation by addressing customer inquiries, comments, and complaints through social media
• Collaborate with internal partners such as CRM and Claims to prioritize social media interactions

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED equivalent and four years of experience in digital marketing and/or customer service, or a Bachelor's degree with one year of experience
• Experience in managing social media for a recognized brand
• Knowledge of social media tools and platforms
• Experience in building and maintaining online communities
• Strong copywriting proficiency
