Slovak-speaking Customer Service Consultant

We support customers of one of the largest manufacturers of home appliances/ RTV equipment.
We are growing and looking for consultants who are enthusiastic and committed to serving customers.
Tasks:
– Provide technical support to equipment users.
– Diagnose and resolve technical problems.
– Providing information on products and their functionality.
– Entering requests into the system.
Our requirements:
– Fluency in Slovak (B2/C1).
– Excellent command of English (B1/B2).
– Basic knowledge of operating household appliances (i.e. refrigerator, washing machine, TV).
– Smile, positive attitude, communicative, willingness to learn.
– Ability to type quickly on a computer keyboard.
– Availability for at least 120 hrs per month; Project hours: Mon–Fri 8:00-18:00.
