Job Summary

A company is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain highly available, scalable services focused on reliability and performance
• Develop and manage observability solutions including metrics, logs, traces, and alerting
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment pipelines to minimize manual intervention

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience operating production systems at scale, preferably in cloud environments like AWS or GCP
• Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, Go, or Bash)
• Hands-on expertise with New Relic APM/NRQL, Observe Inc., and advanced SQL
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools and CI/CD workflows
• Demonstrated success in incident response and conducting blameless post-mortems
