Site Payments Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Site Payments Associate (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Process investigator payments in compliance with contractual guidelines and regulations
• Compile data to generate site payments based on patient activities and milestones
• Resolve payment-related issues and maintain financial stewardship of project finances

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Previous experience in an international corporate environment, preferably in payments processing
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS)
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing project needs in a fast-paced environment
• Strong IT literacy and ability to quickly learn new software
