Siebel Engineer Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Siebel Engineer Lead Consultant responsible for providing Level 2 and Level 3 production support for Claims Applications built on the Siebel platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 production support for Siebel-based Claims applications, including incident resolution and root cause analysis
• Lead production release activities, including code deployment and stakeholder communication
• Design, develop, and test software applications following SDLC standards and Agile practices

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Siebel development, including Tools Configuration and Integration Objects
• Strong expertise in Siebel OpenUI and external system integration using EAI and Web Services
• Solid experience in SQL and PL/SQL with proficiency in Oracle and SQL Server (2012+)
• Familiarity with Siebel repository migration and deployment activities
