Job Summary
A company is looking for a ServiceNow SAM Consultant for a remote working contract opportunity in the USA or Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct workshops and configure ServiceNow products
- Create user stories and provide product demonstrations
- Offer support and lead initiatives related to ITAM and SAM
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with ServiceNow
- Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) is essential
- Certifications in CIS and CAD are essential
