ServiceNow GRC Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow GRC / IRM Developer to support the design, development, and implementation of GRC/IRM solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules including Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, Vendor Risk Management, and Business Continuity Management
• Customize workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies within the ServiceNow platform
• Collaborate with various teams to gather requirements and maintain existing GRC solutions for improved user experience

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development
• 2+ years specifically with ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules
• Strong understanding of GRC processes and regulatory requirements
• Experience in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), Flow Designer, and Integration Hub
• Familiarity with CMDB, Service Catalog, and ServiceNow core modules
