Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Developer responsible for designing, developing, configuring, testing, implementing, and documenting GetHelp ESM epic capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements
  • Configure and implement ServiceNow modules and applications
  • Document technical specifications and perform testing of ServiceNow functionalities
Required Qualifications
  • Certified ServiceNow Application Developer or relevant Implementation Specialist certification within the last 3 years
  • 2 years of experience supporting a production instance in any application suite
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Experience with advanced custom ServiceNow scripts and REST APIs
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful Permanent Resident Alien with at least three years of U.S. residency
