Key Responsibilities

• Participate in complex development initiatives across multiple teams
• Design, develop, and maintain catalog items and workflows to enhance customer experience
• Serve as a point of escalation for platform issues and ensure stability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience supporting and administering the ServiceNow platform
• 2+ years of development experience on the ServiceNow Platform using Flow Designer and UI Builder
• 2+ years of experience with JavaScript and web technologies (XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, REST/SOAP)
• ServiceNow Administrator Certification
