Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements, document user stories, and translate needs into functional requirements for ServiceNow
• Analyze workflows, recommend process improvements, and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains
• Act as a liaison between business teams and technical staff, facilitating workshops and supporting user acceptance testing

Required Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.)
• Experience in business process analysis and workflow automation
• 2+ years of software-related technical analysis experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
• Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
