Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. ServiceNow Architect to design scalable and efficient ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect high-performing ServiceNow solutions across various modules
• Lead the development of the ServiceNow roadmap and define governance for platform usage
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with enterprise strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 7+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including at least 3 years as an Architect
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in at least one module
• Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and processes
• Proven experience with ServiceNow application development and integrations
