• Manage multiple ongoing tasks and projects while monitoring team attendance and absence

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree, technical school, or equivalent work experience
• 6 months of customer service experience with a customer-focused mindset
• Computer savvy
• Ability to promote a performance-driven culture
• Willingness to work rotating Saturdays
