Service Delivery Project Manager

About the position

The Service Delivery Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing projects that ensure the successful delivery of IT services to clients. This role involves overseeing project planning, execution, and implementation while aligning with service level agreements (SLAs) and client expectations. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive project success and achieve desired outcomes.

Responsibilities
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.

• Manage project execution, ensuring that tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and vendors.

• Effectively communicate project status and progress to all stakeholders.

• Collaborate with service delivery managers to ensure seamless integration of new services or changes to existing services.

• Validate that project deliverables meet SLA requirements and client expectations.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or four or more years of work experience.

• Three or more years of relevant work experience in project management, preferably in a service delivery environment.

• Proven track record of successful project delivery.

• Strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices.
,
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
,
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

Nice-to-haves
• A degree in a related field.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
,
• ITIL certification or other relevant industry certifications.

• Experience in the telecommunications industry.
