Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Advisor to support strategic accounts and manage fleet maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and organize estimate requests from technicians and clients, ensuring accurate quotes
• Manage scheduling of fleet repairs and maintain communication with technicians and Fleet Managers
• Control costs and ensure quality of estimates to maintain segment profitability

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of automotive or technical experience
• Prior technician/mechanic experience is preferred
• Familiarity with key vehicle parts
• Dealership service advisor experience preferred
• Strong computer skills and ability to interact with fleet systems
