Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Workday HCM Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, configure, test, implement, and maintain systems supporting mobility and total rewards programs
• Maintain system documentation, including user guides, manuals, and reports
• Coordinate with internal/external HR experts to define requirements and execute project/data change deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience with Workday HCM and Security configurations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in the technology or finance sector, with a focus on HRIS or People Systems
• Ability to manage relationships with HR stakeholders
• Proven skills in stakeholder management
