Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Vice President of Practice Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own P&L and KPIs for all clinics, ensuring consistent performance across markets
• Lead integration of acquisitions and build scalable processes for licensing and payer enrollment
• Build and inspire a high-performing field organization while fostering a culture of inclusivity and data-driven decision making

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive leadership in multi-site healthcare operations, with 5+ years at the VP level
• Proven success in scaling a provider organization with P&L ownership
• Expertise in clinic build-out, workflow design, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Experience operating in hybrid fee-for-service and value-based care environments
• Data fluency with the ability to build and interpret dashboards and drive decisions using SQL or Excel
