Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior UX Researcher.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Product to define research goals, plans, and success metrics
• Leads and conducts mixed-methods research, including qualitative interviews and usability testing
• Translates research findings into actionable insights that influence product strategy and design decisions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Design, or a related field
• 5+ years of hands-on UX research experience in blockchain, Web3, SaaS, or complex technical domains
• Expertise in planning and executing end-to-end research projects
• Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with research tools like Dovetail, Miro, Figma, or UserTesting
