Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior UX Researcher to support digital products for Veterans and the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).

Key Responsibilities

• Identify appropriate research methods to address project goals and user needs
• Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including usability testing and A/B testing
• Translate research findings into actionable insights that inform design and product strategy

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience conducting user research in cross-functional teams
• Experience with user research on government contracts, particularly within the VA
• Strong understanding of mobile-first design principles
• Familiarity with accessibility standards, including Section 508 and WCAG compliance
• Experience working in Agile development environments
