Senior Training Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Training Specialist to design and deliver engaging training programs for employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate virtual training sessions, including new hire orientation and product rollouts
• Develop and implement interactive training for new hires and current employees
• Design curriculum and training materials aligned with desired outcomes

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in training delivery and instructional design
• Proficiency with the ADDIE model and/or Six Disciplines of Breakthrough Learning
• Experience facilitating virtual training sessions
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
