Senior Trade Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Trade Compliance Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to compliance issues and inquiries related to import/export transactions
• Provide information for import/export clearance and coordinate with customs brokers as needed
• Perform customs risk and compliance assessments while serving as a subject matter expert

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in International Trade Compliance or related import/export roles
• Strong knowledge of U.S. Customs procedures and trade practices, with regional expertise in the European Union, Canada, or Mexico
• Expertise in HS classification and familiarity with import/export regulations and free trade agreements
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred; experience may substitute for education
• Licensed Customs Broker preferred
