Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain technical documentation for software products
• Lead the Technical Communications team and mentor less-experienced writers
• Participate in Agile development processes and define technical writing standards and initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of technical writing tools and applications
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Technical Writer or equivalent work experience
• Degree or diploma in Technical Communications or a related field
