Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Writer to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams to document systems, processes, and procedures
• Create and maintain high-quality documentation, including user manuals and policies
• Analyze and improve existing documentation to align with corporate standards

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in document development with a focus on editing/writing
• Business analysis experience with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
• Advanced proficiency in MadCap Flare and Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
• Experience in developing and applying MS Word styles and templates
• Ability to include visual aids like process flows and screenshots in documentation
