Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer - Premium Support (Enterprise Developer).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical direction and leadership in support and enhancement of products
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues while acting as a subject matter expert
  • Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customers and identify opportunities for improvement
Required Qualifications
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in relevant technologies and customer environments
  • Technical skills in at least two Micro Focus COBOL-based products or similar technologies
  • Experience with IBM mainframe systems such as CICS, IMS, or JCL
  • Proficiency in COBOL or PLI programming
  • Experience with Windows or UNIX operating systems
