Required Qualifications

  • Deep experience in either Core (Marketing, Social, Ads, Insights) or Service (Care, Contact Center) domains
  • Hands-on knowledge of enterprise integrations, REST APIs, and authentication protocols
  • Experience facilitating technical design sessions and documenting solution designs
