A company is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - Contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive recruitment processes aligned with the company's headcount plan and business objectives
• Act as a strategic partner for hiring needs in Product, Engineering, and Design departments
• Track hiring metrics and report progress to business leadership regularly

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a tech start-up or high scaling start-up
• Extensive experience in sourcing and selecting talent for Engineering and Product teams
• Proven track record of meeting company scaling needs with a solutions-driven mindset
• Experience managing large volume applications to ensure a diverse hiring pipeline
• Understanding of world-class candidate experience and inclusive hiring practices
