Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Systems Administrator (remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 applications and manage JIRA platforms
• Monitor performance and health of Microsoft 365 and JIRA environments, ensuring compliance and uptime
• Create and maintain system documentation and assist in security and compliance initiatives

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of previous experience, preferably in Managed Care and Medicare
• Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or equivalent
• Atlassian Certified JIRA Administrator or equivalent experience
• ITIL Foundation Certification
• Experience with identity and access management and endpoint management tools
